Did you know? Over 75% of people working in the nonprofit sector are women, and yet less than 25% of those women are in leadership positions. Triple Pundit spoke with nonprofit executive search and transition expert Sara Garlick Lundberg who said “it all comes down to not working hard enough to get rid of implicit bias, which nonprofits should be aware of and work on internally.
