Ready to take the next step and have a global impact? The international Manufacturing & Global Operations team at Grünenthal is waiting for you! Our Global Operations team plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality medicines on our path to a world free of pain. You will have the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives, enhance production performance and promote best practices across the entire Grünenthal network. If tackling diverse challenges is your strength, this is your role. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing global maintenance frameworks, harmonizing KPIs and TPM, and steering CMMS implementation across production sites. You will also lead the creation of a global engineering standards program and a URS templates database. To qualify for this role, you should bring at least 5 years of experience in maintenance, along with a bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is essential, as well as strong project and change management skills. Proficiency in manufacturing performance systems like SAP or Qlik will set you apart as a strong candidate. Be a part of something meaningful and help shape a World Free of Pain.
