Ready to take the next step and have a global impact? The international Manufacturing & Global Operations team at Grünenthal is waiting for you! Our Global Operations team plays a pivotal role in delivering high-quality medicines on our path to a world free of pain. You will have the opportunity to shape strategic initiatives, enhance production performance and promote best practices across the entire Grünenthal network. If tackling diverse challenges is your strength, this is your role. Your key responsibilities include developing and implementing global maintenance frameworks, harmonizing KPIs and TPM, and steering CMMS implementation across production sites. You will also lead the creation of a global engineering standards program and a URS templates database. To qualify for this role, you should bring at least 5 years of experience in maintenance, along with a bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or industrial engineering. A Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher is essential, as well as strong project and change management skills. Proficiency in manufacturing performance systems like SAP or Qlik will set you apart as a strong candidate. Be a part of something meaningful and help shape a World Free of Pain. 📢 We have just announced our full-year financial results for 2024 – a year that demonstrated the strength of our strategy and the dedication of our people. Despite the expected challenges following Palexia’s loss of exclusivity, we delivered stable revenue of €1.8 billion and adjusted EBITDA of €412 million. Strategic acquisitions, strong portfolio performance and disciplined cost management helped us maintain momentum – and position us for future growth. We strengthened our presence in key markets, expanded our portfolio and maintained financial flexibility to support ongoing investment in innovation, operations and sustainability. This strong performance also enabled a +13% increase in operating cash flow, reaching €212 million in 2024. Jonas Zaman celebrated winning the EFIC-Grünenthal-Grant for pain research in 2019 – and it has opened up many more opportunities for him to celebrate ever since! As we mark the twentieth anniversary of the E-G-G, Jonas Zaman describes how this unique funding programme enabled him to keep pursuing his dream of building a career as a pain scientist. 🏆In 2023, he won the Friedrich Wilhelm Bessel award for outstanding international research. 👨🎓In 2024, he earned a full-time position as a professor of psychology at UHasselt, Belgium. And both of these big achievements were made possible by his E-G-G success! The E-G-G has awarded almost €2 million to innovators in Europe since 2004.
