I’m thrilled to share that Ali Alexander and I secured first place in SEKOIN (Sepekan Kompetisi Investasi) 2024 by Capital Market Community Polines! In this competition, we presented an analysis of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BCA) (XIDX), recommending a BUY with a 12-month target price of Rp11,900.00, suggesting a 17% potential increase from the closing price of Rp10,170.00 on September 15, 2024. Our recommendation was based on a weighted blended valuation, including equity cash flow, multiple valuation, and relative valuation. BCA has demonstrated impressive financial performance, leading the top 4 banks in Indonesia in terms of profit growth for 2024. With a net profit of Rp24.2 trillion in 1H2024, up 34% YoY, BCA outperformed BRI, Mandiri, and BNI. BCA’s continued success is attributed to strong asset growth, especially in consumer and investment credit, digital transformation, and effective risk management. This competition was a valuable learning experience for both of us as we encountered new challenges along the way. Believe it or not, I was a fresh graduate from my associate degree before joining Control Union! 📊 What experience do you have with Stock Monitoring Agreements (SMAs)? I have experience in various types of commodities, from bulk and break-bulk agricultural commodities to industrial materials such as steel. 📚 What is your perspective on your role related to CMS? This year, my manager entrusted me to become a Collateral Coordinator. Our plan is to increase our Collateral Services to more clients in Indonesia. Although it sounds like a tough challenge for me, this is something I am very excited to get involved with. ❗️ Anything that you would like to add? After 3 days of training (27-29 February 2024), I got certified by LPK APPUI Widyantara Indonesia about Payment System and Rupiah Currency Management. This training provides an understanding of the fund transfer transaction process and APU-PPT and consumer protection enforcements. As a legal team, it is important to understand these matters, especially in order to strengthen and secure business and cooperation processes through draft agreements that comply with applicable regulations related to fund transfer, APU-PPT, and consumer protection. #paymentsystem #APUPPT #consumerprotection

I am happy to announce our principal subsidiary PT Bukit Makmur Mandiri Utama (BUMA) has successfully issued 2nd Rupiah Bonds (BUMA II 2024 Bonds) with a total value of Rp1 trillion. The bonds was oversubscribed by 1.4x within days, indicating strong investor demand and confidence in BUMA’s financial stability and growth prospects. 42% of the bonds subscribers opted for 5 years maturity terms which signaled a strong faith in the Company capabilities and performance. The BUMA II 2024 Bonds were issued in three series: § Series A with a nominal value of Rp251,035,000,000 at a fixed interest rate of 7.25% per annum, maturing in 370 calendar days. § Series B with a nominal value of Rp332,710,000,000 at a fixed interest rate of 9.25% per annum, maturing in 3 years. § Series C with a nominal value of Rp416,255,000,000 at a fixed interest rate of 9.75% per annum, maturing in 5 years.
