Less is more! Lots of changes to the daily workflow (mostly with EPIC processes) this month. It’s been a great reminder to reflect since it’s been about a year of my current routine. I found instead of adding all these new things in and keeping the old I’m adding in the new parts that are most helpful now, keeping the most helpful existing parts, and deleting things that I thought a month ago were great but actually useless. Now there are fewer steps and new valuable info I can lean on to provide better patient care. Feels like a good reset. When’s the last time you reflected on your daily work processes?
