Howdy folks! Today's is about something I see a lot when giving advice to people that are interviewing. I wholeheartedly disagree with the idea that folks need to prepare questions for the end of an interview. I also strongly disagree with the notion that not having questions prepared is a negative or any kind of indicator for a candidate. More on why in the article. Tell me your thoughts!
