A whole new section is opening up in the AI Agency space. Especially with the new Voiceflow custom functions Side of things. Here is how we plan to create a whole suite of functions that will enhance your AI Agents... We will be rolling out new Functions bi-weekly into the new section on FlowBridge. This will give subscribed members access to all the functions coming out. Why is this important? For starters, if you can add high-quality functionality to your AI Agents, your prices can increase drastically and this is justified. Sell even one AI Agent to your clients and you make the ROI of your subscription back 10x. Let's say you were able to charge $2000 for the set-up fee for your Agents, and now with the added functionality, you can charge $2500, is that not worth paying a subscription of $50 p/m? Currently, we have about 9 custom functions ready to roll out in this week. Here are 3 examples of functions that will definitely increase the value of your Voiceflow Projects: 1 - Dynamic Buttons Function: Generate dynamic buttons based on the user's input / AI response. This gives the power to have 1 - 3 buttons dynamically pop up after the AI response designed to take the user to the next step of the desired outcome. 2 - Live / Semantic Dynamic Carousel Search Function. This allows for easy dynamic carousels based on a custom database and live internet search. 3 - DeepInfra Querying Function: Query the DeepInfra API to use an open-source model. This allows you to plug in other LLM's into Voiceflow. Can you actually make real impact with LLMs? LLMs are making headlines, but their impact comes once they become part of real-world applications. With OpenAI's GPT store, Microsoft's copilots, and the rise of coding agents like GPTEngineer, it's clear LLM-powered agents are becoming instrumental to the wider adoption of AI. Why use agents? Experiments carried out by Andrew Ng and his team show a dramatic performance increase when wrapping an LLM in an iterative agent loop. For example, GPT-3.5 accuracy for code-writing tasks jumped from 48.1% (zero-shot) to a remarkable 95.1% with an agent workflow (28% higher than GPT-4). These tools are by no means even close to replacing humans, but they can automate and support us in carrying out a bunch of repetitive tasks. Over the past few months, we've been exploring and developing our own AI agents, both independently and in collaboration with clients.
