Day 5 at ImmigrateX a.i I recently had the opportunity to participate in a retrospective meeting for Sprint 1 of our project. It was an insightful session where we reflected on our progress by discussing what went well, what didn’t go well, and our action plan for the upcoming sprint. Each team member shared their accomplishments and blockers related to their assigned tasks, which helped us identify areas of improvement and strategize better for the next phase. This was my first experience in sprint planning, and being part of such a structured and collaborative discussion was incredibly valuable. One of the highlights of the meeting was learning from our capstone sponsor, Sanjay (கார்த்திகேயன்) Karthikeyan who provided us with great insights. Collaborating with Team Tech Innov8ive SAMRUDDHI CHAVAN , Rajat Sachdeva , Manpreet Kaur Gulati , Aditya Purohit and my own team, Tech Titans - Yash Patel, Kathan Parekh, Rushit Jetani made the experience even more engaging. This retrospective not only enhanced my understanding of Agile methodologies but also strengthened my ability to plan, adapt, and contribute effectively in a team-driven environment. My First Sprint Retrospective Experience at ImmigrateX a.i This week, I had my first experience with a Sprint Retrospective, and it was an eye-opening session. As part of Sprint 1, we reflected on our progress—what worked well, what challenges we faced, and how we can improve for the next sprint. One of the key takeaways for me was understanding how structured discussions like these help teams stay aligned and continuously improve. Everyone shared their accomplishments, blockers, and lessons learned, which not only gave us a clear picture of our progress but also helped us refine our strategies moving forward. This was also my first time using ClickUp, and I quickly realized how crucial it is for managing tasks efficiently. The whiteboard planning and sprint run strategy were completely new to me, but seeing how they shape project development in real-time was fascinating.
