One of the most important aspects of a successful business is putting people first. As someone who had the privilege of working under Angela Ahrendts' leadership during the Apple Retail revamp in 2015, I can attest to the power of a human-first culture. Focusing on our people not only exceeded expectations, but it also created a sense of belonging, security, and growth potential that is vital to feeling fulfilled at work.
