CRICO and Candello continue to promote patient safety during PSAW and beyond. Aliysa Rajwani, BDS, MPH, CPHQ, is a Director of Quality and Patient Safety at Mount Auburn Hospital. Rajwani said, "...the best indicator, the best metric that we always look at, is patient satisfaction and how likely are they to recommend your organization to somebody else."
