Questions need answers, not blameshifting, lame excuses or worse, outright lies... Lowered post pandemic immune systems are the obvious explanation, for the dramatic explosion of #cryptosporidium outbreaks in Australia, especially in Queensland, adversely affecting the public health of especially our most vulnerable members of society, our pre-school children. That, and the fact that NO public pool is designed nor constructed to an acceptable engineering standard, is the foundation for our position that government authorities are out of their depth and not qualified to be regulating, nor overseeing public pool water quality, and the related risk management to public health for Australia's children and the elderly, with developing and compromised immune systems! Authorities can begin by explaining their rationale, that EIGHT Australian states and territories, require EIGHT widely differing guidelines for public pool water quality. It makes no sense, and defending it is fast becoming unsufferable. #awareness Children's Health Defense

Access to Emergency Services: A New York City Case Study. Our new study identifies ‘emergency service deserts’ in New York where accessibility to #Fire, #Emergency Medical Services, #Police, and Hospitals are compromised. The results show that while 95% of NYC residents are well-served by emergency services, the residents of Staten Island are disproportionately underserved.
