In this clip, our founder Patrick Waites discusses some of why Coltech has decided to break the mould and not follow the usual model you see from staffing agencies. We have spent the last 12 months building a process we know will get the best out of the team. This has been transferred into a sales playbook that gives our consultants a step-by-step guide on how to build their business. One of the problems that we've had previously and what companies like ours would have and companies anywhere so well, this is what a company like a recruitment company, for instance, should do yet be buying. They do this job. And then once they think this speaker, you bring more people in and that's how you scale the business. So you're just doing that because that's the way everyone does it and everyone has to work it into the into this box and it has to work that way. And the way it's been proven before, because all these companies have had second must work. Whereas what we've done with this is that well, that is. Let's put everyone into their right job first and foremost. There's people in there that might not fit into where we need to be, so that's fine. There's people who are doing a job that might don't sit in, but they're really good at this. It's right now at first. Now we're getting to the. Approved that process works in terms of like with the this, then we do this, then we do this let's see if that gains interest. We've now over the last three months proven that we can win work that way. So now we're in a position that come the new year once we've, you know trying to test it a couple more times in position, we know that works. We know that structure works so we can put people into this process and we know that we've got a playbook and something that's gonna that's gonna work out and help us scale.
