Chrysalis India’s Post

Let’s be real—some Mondays feel like a blank page. But what if that’s the magic? Natasha Bedingfield’s “Unwritten” reminds us that we hold the pen. The week ahead? Undefined. The ideas? Just beginning. The story? Yours to tell. Throw open the windows.  Speak the words only you can say.  Start something. Anything. Today. In the corporate world, this hits home:  Every pitch, project, or proposal starts with one idea.  Every culture shift begins with one bold voice.  Every leader was once just starting out. So whether you're leading a team, solving a challenge, or writing your next strategy—step into the week with arms wide open. Because “the rest is still unwritten.” https://lnkd.in/g3iytzGq #MusicOfWork #MondayMotivation #Chrysalis30 #WorkPlaylist #Unwritten #LearningCulture #Leadership #CorporateInspiration #StartNow

Being human is not corporate culture, despite all the PR. It's results first for corporates, it sustains everyone. Blue smart is a prime example, where promoters made hay and 8000 drivers, plus many others lost their way. Focus on value addition per person and reward accordingly.

This is such a wonderful song. It makes me feel like a Monday morning is waiting to be filled with all things good.
