You are not suggesting asking about pay and benefits in the first interview? Rest of the questions are great and I would add, if you are talking to the ring manager, find out something about the person, his or her likes and dislikes, why are are there, what keeps them there, what they wish they knew before working there, etc.
Amazing list! Company growth is key, especially if you want to stay there long term. You can also ask about the career path for the position you’re applying for. It helps set expectations.
