I participated in a pretty insightful little webinar today addressing the topic of Board Management. What made it even more interesting....Edward Norton! A couple of key points I took away: 🔺 Founders should view it as a reciprocal arrangement, and not just a one way street of CEO reporting to the Board. 🔺 The fact that boards don't always have great accountability ensuring their board members are engaged and contributing. 🔺 Edward Norton knows his shit.
