New Markets, New Opportunities Following its latest acquisition in August, C3 Complete is making its mark in Pittsburgh, a city increasingly recognized as a technology hub with strong biotech, robotics, and AI industries. Teaming up with data center operator IAM Critical, C3 Complete is setting up shop to provide network services, reinforcing its position as a key player in enterprise IT solutions. "Pittsburgh is reinventing itself as a technology hotspot. We’re really excited to be there," says Mancinelli. SOC Launch: Raising the Bar for Cybersecurity Adding to its momentum, C3 Complete is in the final stages of launching a full-scale Security Operations Center (SOC) in South Florida. The 1,200-square-foot facility is built to provide 24/7 security monitoring, staffed exclusively by C3 Complete’s in-house, background-verified employees. More than just a monitoring center, the SOC is equipped for full incident response, complete with dedicated spaces for extended security events, including cots, showers, food stores, and essential resources for personnel managing critical situations. Currently in soft launch with select clients, the SOC is expected to reach general availability by April 1. "We’re really excited to bring this to market," Mancinelli states. Growth Through Smart M&A and Partnerships C3 Complete’s expansion isn’t just about organic growth—it’s also about strategic growth. The company remains open to acquiring or partnering with like-minded MSPs, TSPs, and CSPs that align with its culture and client-first philosophy. "We’re not private equity-backed, so we’re not making acquisitions just for the sake of it. We’re looking for companies that complement our services, share our values, and want to grow the right way," Mancinelli explains.
