We're delighted to announce that we’ve secured our first private placement since forming as Bromford Flagship, raising £75 million from investors to help fund our continued investment in improving our existing homes and building new ones. Issued under our updated Sustainable Finance Framework, we received a range of strong bids from a mix of domestic and international investors, including both new and existing investors. Ultimately, we chose a combination of existing and new investors from those who submitted bids. The £75 million instrument has a 15-year term and will support our ambitions to build 2,000 new homes every year for the next 30 years, as well as continuing to improve the energy efficiency of our existing homes.
