We are thrilled to be part of Waste 2 Plate, joining 15 incredible startups from all over Europe on a mission to turn food waste into value. Together, we are working to deliver over 1M nutritious servings annually from rescued food by 2027! Over two inspiring days, we explored new ideas through workshops led by Thomas Blekman, deep-dived into consumer perception of ‘rescue’ products with Anna De Visser - Amundson, and showcased our innovations in a tasting market full of upcycled food solutions.
