Work-Life Balance: A Myth or a Choice? For years, we’ve been told to “find” work-life balance—like it’s some hidden treasure waiting to be discovered. But in reality, balance isn’t something we find; it’s something we create. ✅ It’s setting boundaries—not feeling guilty for logging off on time. ✅ It’s choosing rest—because burnout helps no one, least of all ourselves. ✅ It’s being present—fully engaged at work, fully present in life outside of it. How do you create your balance? #WorkLifeBalance #Career #Mindset #Productivity #Leadership
