Hey, did you know that it's not too late to participate in the 15th annual Darling Dash Race for Sickle Cell? To participate, all you have to do is go to the As One foundation.org, register for the virtual 5K. Once you receive your bib and medal in the mail, go to your local park or wherever you like to exercise, complete the 5K and post your results on social media and be sure to tag the As One Foundation.
