The response to our call for stories has been incredible. Thank you to everyone who shared their moments with us, moments that prove inclusion isn’t always about grand gestures. It’s about humanity. It’s about connection. Here’s one of the stories we’ve received: "In a recent team meeting, a visually impaired colleague was presenting. Before the meeting started, we saw one of our other teammates quietly make sure that all the materials were accessible with a screen reader. It wasn’t something he was asked to do, it just came naturally to him. And that’s something I loved." - Anonymous User As we’ve been reading through your submissions, one thing is clear that small acts truly have the power to create lasting change. All the stories you have shared are touching, inspiring, and most importantly, they’re a reminder that inclusion is within reach for all of us. At Ampera, we believe in celebrating these moments. Each story shared helps us build a culture of awareness and action, one where inclusion becomes second nature. Have you experienced a moment like this? It’s not too late to share your story with us! We received another story that shows how small acts of thoughtfulness can make a world of difference: "I was in a meeting and struggling to keep up with typing because of my tremors. Without making a big deal out of it, my colleague offered to take notes for me. It might not be a big deal for them but it was for me. I really felt seen without having to ask for it always." - Anonymous user It’s moments like these when someone sees, steps in, and supports, that show what inclusion truly looks like. Sometimes, it’s just being present and paying attention. At Ampera, we believe inclusion starts with noticing. When we make a habit of it, we create spaces where everyone feels valued and supported. Have you had a moment like this? We’d love to hear your story. 👉 Submit your story here: https://lnkd.in/gPCGWcxh 👉 Follow us for more stories from this incredible community. Let’s keep sharing. Let’s keep including. #TogetherWeInclude #SmallActsBigImpact

I didn't share this achievement when I first earned it for no reason other than I was still a novice LinkedIn user. However, I'm deciding to share it now because the values of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are personal to me. The spaces where I evolved the most, as a person and as a professional, were spaces where the people present came from different countries, backgrounds, cultures, beliefs, and abilities. Uncoincidentally, they were also the most enjoyable spaces to be in. So yeah...here's a thing I did. 😊 #Diversity #DiversityandInclusion #DEI

A Journey of Hearts ❤️ Hey LinkedIn fam! Let's dive deep into a topic that stirs the soul – inclusion and diversity. 🌈 Picture a world where every soul feels treasured, understood and wrapped in warmth for simply being themselves. It's not about ticking boxes or meeting quotas; it's about creating a mosaic of #humanity where every piece, every shade, every texture enriches the fabric of our shared existence. 🎨 Whether it's race, gender, sexual orientation, abilities, or beliefs, #diversity isn't something to be tolerated – it's something to be celebrated! 🎉 As #leaders, colleagues, and fellow humans, let's carve out spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and held close to the heart. Let's challenge stereotypes, tear down walls, and stitch together bridges of empathy. So, let's keep the fires of conversation burning, the doors of our hearts wide open, and our arms ready to embrace all. Because in the end, it's not about fitting in; it's about belonging. And every soul deserves to feel the sweet melody of belonging. 💖 #InclusionMatters #Diversity #Belonging #EmbraceOurDifferences

Inclusion! Easy to say, very difficult to practice. Why? 1. Inclusion needs time devotion to others 2. Inclusion is selfless, no direct benefit out of it 3. Inclusion is energy consuming, as you deal with differences 4. Inclusion is humble, you need to admit your weakness and blind spots 5. Inclusion is thoughtful, you think more about others’ point of views 6. Inclusion is patient, you wait for others BUT inclusion is the secret of success #culturematters Xlab Group

From the desk of Dr. Gerilyn Davis: Happy Friday! I hope you are continuing to feel thankful today. In my thankfulness, I appreciate the moments when I have fallen and gotten back up again. As a beginner skier, I am getting myself prepared to have moments where I fall. Ironically, I always get back up. In our Daily Assessment, the inclusion journey requires the same. --- MOMENT TO MOMENT: All we have is one moment to the next moment. Inclusion is incremental. We take one step at a time. --- INSPIRATION: We can focus on what we have and feel inspired to share it with others. --- INCREMENTAL OUTCOMES: Each event, connection, and relationship comes from previous thoughts, feelings, and behavior. Thus, we can change them. I have made more mistakes than I can count on my inclusion journey. I am sure I will make some more. Nevertheless, I will be sure to get back up again. Enjoy the weekend! #joyofinclusion #inclusionexpansion #inclusionincludesyoutoo #InclusionontheSlopes #SWORDInclusionSystem #PhaseFiveDailyAssessment
