Anyone that thinks this is okay, is in the wrong. Especially if you’re not providing any feedback. Just denying people simply off a paper without any real interaction is malpractice in my opinion. If you can deny someone that fast, off just reading a piece of paper, the very least you can do is take 5 more mins and give them a phone call. Provide feedback. Aren’t we suppose to be helping each other?
