Now wealthy, dog-loving consumers in the USA can book flights for their pets to fly with them in the cabin instead of locked up in cages or in the cargo hold. The dogs fly as if first-class passengers but the one-way fare for international flights can cost US$8,280, or more than most people would pay to fly themselves.
