I’m Shaina Sheagley, the Account Manager for the North American team. 🤖 How long have you been and what are you doing at Visual Components? I’m celebrating my 1st year with VC. I’ve taken on the lead role with customer renewals and upgrades plus ensuring the best service for our clients. 🤖 Could you share something about your job or your tasks? What makes your job interesting? I’ve created processes that help streamline and manage the renewal process in North America. I enjoy being independent and helping resolve and fix issues that come up. 🤖 What do you like most about working at Visual Components? I enjoy the company culture at Visual Components and how you can reach out to others for help when you need to but can be independent as well. 🤖A non-work-related detail about you? I enjoy taking care of my family, being active and creating new challenges for myself whether it is wellness related like cold plunging or experimenting in the kitchen.
