Textile waste ➡️ unique, sustainable bricks! 🧱 A 100% upcycling process 👇🏽 The fashion industry produces millions of tonnes of waste every year. 92 million tonnes of textile waste go to landfills annually. Innovative solutions can transform this waste into something valuable. What's happening? ➡️ Textile sorting: Fabrics are sorted by color and shredded into fine fibers. ➡️ All-inclusive: Zips, tags, and sequins are kept, adding uniqueness while minimizing waste. ➡️ Eco-friendly compression: Plant-based glue is added, and the mixture is compressed into molds. ➡️ Final touches: Bricks are dried, quality tested, and ready for use in decoration, furniture, or insulation. Amazing work by FabBRICK® in Paris! This is an incredible solution for managing existing textile waste. But we also need to tackle the root of the problem: ✔️ Stop overproduction ✔️ Limit consumption ✔️ Support ethical brands Watch the full process in the video and be inspired to make a change!
