Sodexo is seeking a Training Manager for MedStar Washington Hospital Center located in Washington, DC. As the largest private hospital in the nation's capital, MedStar Washington Hospital Center is a premier healthcare facility committed to delivering exceptional service and care.

This Training Manager will lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of training programs for patient services staff. This role focuses on enhancing the skills and performance of both frontline and managers through effective onboarding, training, and continuous professional development.

What You'll Do

  • design, implement, and manage comprehensive training programs for frontline staff and managers in patient services
  • develop and deliver onboarding programs
  • evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through post training assessments, feedback, and performance metrics
  • conduct regular rounding on patients to assess satisfaction
  • act as a liaison between patient services staff, managers, and hospital leadership to foster a cohesive learning culture
