#Hiring for a Configuration Management Analyst in Charleston, South Carolina. As a Configuration Management Analyst, you will be responsible for executing CM responsibilities as outlined in approved Configuration Management Plans (CMPs) for multiple programs. This includes software audits, baseline management, engineering change proposals (ECPs), and software license tracking. Known to most as either “Master Gunnery Sergeant Berry” or simply “Steve”, he was, as the 5th employee of JCTM, not just a Defense Contractor for JCTM’s inaugural contract, but a plank holder for the company itself and the embodiment of JCTM’s values of empowering people, always doing what is right, respecting others, and performing with excellence. During all his years of service, Steve was a mentor and purposeful positive influence on the younger generations; he was charitable and giving to all those around him; he was routinely self-sacrificing, going above and beyond to help anyone in a time of need and he consistently demonstrated an exemplary work ethic. On 30 January 2025, JCTM (Benjamin B., and ML Brei) delivered its Advanced AI Command Course (A2C2) at Marine Corps Tactical Systems Support Activity (MCTSSA), Camp Pendleton, equipping Marines and civilian professionals with hands-on AI skills to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.   We believe prompt engineering is the most mission-critical soft skill for today’s warfighter.
