We are seeking an experienced Accounts and Finance Specialist to join our team, focusing on customer interactions, billing, and financial processes. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in accounting and finance, along with strong communication skills to engage effectively with US-based clients.

This role requires proficiency in billing and accounting software, as well as a solid understanding of financial concepts. The ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage billing, invoicing, and financial transactions in compliance with accounting standards.
• Assist clients with accounting and billing inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Maintain accurate financial records and support reconciliation and reporting tasks.
• Communicate effectively with US-based clients, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve financial processes and enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
• Use billing and accounting software to manage transactions efficiently.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience in accounts, finance, or billing roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, finance, and billing processes.
• Experience working directly with customers, preferably with US clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in billing and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with US time zones.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
