Sales Director
If you're a strategic sales leader passionate about driving growth and building strong customer relationships, we'd love to hear from you! We are are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sr. Director of Sales – Install Base to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, identifying opportunities for expansion, and driving cross-sell initiatives within existing accounts. As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique business challenges, ensuring the successful adoption and ongoing value realization of our SaaS solutions to maximize growth and revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders, including senior leadership.
- Act as a strategic advisor, understanding client business objectives and aligning solutions to their goals.
- Drive adoption and expansion of products by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to uncover ways our SaaS solutions can enhance customer operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Support, Sales, and Marketing to optimize client success.
- Lead revenue retention and growth initiatives within an assigned set of enterprise accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, updating them regularly to reflect business objectives.
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customers, ensuring long-term engagement and satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to expand the scope of services within existing accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in any stream – Computer Science/IT preferred or Master’s degree preferred. MBA is a plus.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Sales/Account Management with enterprise customers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas as an individual contributor.
- Strong experience managing and growing enterprise accounts, particularly in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, and other B2C industries.
- Contact Center operations experience is a plus.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-divisional, multi-geography customer relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in explaining SaaS platform functionality to various stakeholders.
- Passion for technology and experience in a fast-growing SaaS startup environment.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, ZoomInfo, and other sales prospecting tools.
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on process and continuous improvement.
- Strong decision-making skills and a self-driven, proactive approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
