[📌About the position]

  • Title: Director of Sales team (South)
  • Location: Plano, Texas (On-site)


[🎯Main Responsibilities🎯]

1. Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to achieve assigned quotas (To be assigned based on your strengths)

2. Manage and grow our existing network of distribution channel partners within your assigned territory

3. Prospect and qualift new leads & Identify, develop, and secure new channel and key accounts

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors

5. Negotiate and close sales deals

6. Contribute to the development and execution of regional and national sales strategies

7. Manage and mentor assigned sales representatives & manage sales lead pipeline


[📌Qualification & Experience]

  1. Bachelor's degree in related field.
  2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  3. Proven track record of exceeding sales goals (B2B, B2C, Technical, Strategic.. etc)
  4. Excellent ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners
  5. Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  6. Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
  7. Self-motivated to aggressively contribute to the growth of a dynamic organization


[📌Preferrence]

  1. Engineering background (Robotics / Automation / Mobility ..etc)
  2. Prior experience in robotics/automation industry
