The Role

As our Operations & Office Coordinator, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless running of our U.S. operations. From compliance and HR support to office management and event planning, you’ll play a key role in supporting our growing team and maintaining an efficient, positive workplace.


What You’ll Do

Compliance & Operations:

  • Assist in drafting and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Support the onboarding of clients and contractors, guiding them through compliance processes.
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance records and liaise with third-party advisors.
  • Stay informed about contractor classification laws and other key regulations.


HR Support & Administration:

  • Facilitate employee onboarding, including offer letters, background checks, and system registrations.
  • Support HR processes such as promotions, role changes, and audits of employee records.
  • Plan and coordinate office activities, social events, and employee treats.
  • Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and executive team.


Office & Facilities Management:

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a welcoming and productive workspace.
  • Manage office budgets, supply orders, and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate desk moves and office expansions with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health, safety, and security protocols.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proficiency in MS 365, HR platforms, and administrative tools.
