We specialize in high-quality tile work for both residential and commercial projects and need someone who can help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Job Description
As our Office Manager, you'll be the cornerstone of our administrative operations. We're looking for someone with QuickBooks proficiency, a solid understanding of money management, and basic accounting experience. You'll manage daily office duties, support financial processes, and ensure accurate recordkeeping while working closely with company leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, issue payments, and monitor incoming payments
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and clients professionally
Handle office scheduling, communication, and supply inventory
Assist with payroll preparation and employee paperwork
Support the operations team with material orders, project schedules, and job files
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration or management
Proficiency in QuickBooks is required
Familiarity with accounting functions such as AP/AR and bank reconciliation
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Comfortable working in a construction or trades-based business
High level of discretion, especially with financial and personnel records
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
