Finance Manager

About Your Role:

You will join an established, highly effective and lean finance team where you will have a meaningful impact as a key business partner to the GTM organization.

In this role, you will be providing financial and analytical support to the entire organization with a prioritization on Sales, Marketing, and CX. This includes supporting budgeting and forecasting, headcount and capacity planning, and other financial analysis in partnership with key cross-functional stakeholders.

This role will also have the opportunity to contribute in key ways to broader financial initiatives across the business. This role will be highly visible within the business and will work closely with finance, G&A and executive leadership.

Who You Are:

• Highly proficient in Excel with strong attention to detail. Expected to work independently within existing models and also comfortable with creation of new analyses
• Data-driven individual with proven experience using data to identify and quantify opportunities for growth or profitability improvement
• Polished communication skills (written and verbal) and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including executive leadership. Candidate should be able to translate financial analyses to a non-finance audience
• A self-starter with a positive attitude, ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and demonstrates extreme accountability and ownership
  
  

Projects You’ll Work On:

• Partner cross-functionally with the Go-To-Market function to support annual strategic planning process, and help drive operational decisions and initiative prioritization (inclusive of SaaS, spend, and variable compensation)
• Maintain internal financial models for the organizations you support in partnership with the larger organizational model
• Comprehensive involvement in variable compensation – creating plans to properly motivate team-members, setting goals for VC eligible employees, and calculating commissions
• Work with Sender Experience leadership team on warehouse productivity and capacity planning and forecasting
• Prepare insightful analytics for cross functional leadership team; identify areas of opportunity to help develop Sendoso’s strategic direction
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis for month end, quarter end, and board decks
  
  

Experience:

• 2-4 years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated financial acumen and a track record of leveraging data for business impact
• Expert level Proficiency with Salesforce
• This is a great opportunity for those with experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategic Finance, FP&A, or similar roles who are interested in a career shift to the Tech sector

• You have experience working with logistics service business or a business model with a high volume of transactions
• Experience working with data in Tableau and/or Netsuite or equivalent ERP system
