A thriving and industry-leading engineering company in Chicago is seeking a driven and highly skilled Executive Assistant to the President. This high-impact role is fully on-site and offers a competitive salary of $75,000 - $100,000, along with a robust benefits package, including health insurance, PTO, life insurance, commuter benefits, and a 401(k) plan. Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:

  • Serve as a strategic partner to the President, expertly managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements to maximize productivity.
  • Act as the primary liaison between the President and key internal/external stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment on priorities.
  • Prepare high-level reports, presentations, and correspondence with impeccable attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Support key projects and initiatives, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met with efficiency and precision.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Conduct research, compile data, and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Manage expense reports and departmental budgets, ensuring accuracy and compliance.


Qualifications of the Executive Assistant:

  • 5-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the engineering industry or related industries.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other business tools.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability, with a keen eye for detail.
