To build on our successes, and ensure the highest quality, we are looking for an Executive Assistant who will be supporting the President of the organization.

This successful individual will be responsible for providing support in the areas of calendaring, meeting planning and preparation, presentations, and agendas when necessary and handling special projects as needed.

This ideal candidate will be a resourceful and organized problem solver with good judgement and understand the importance of confidentiality. Candidate must possess excellent communication and organizational skills for this fast-paced role.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing calendars and schedules, prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Written correspondence including writing and editing emails, drafting memos, and preparing communications
  • Sitting in on meetings and taking detailed notes
  • Providing daily agendas as necessary and keeping the President aware of any follow-up items for clients/team
  • Arranging travel and accommodations; preparing expense reports
  • Extremely organized and has the capability to make processes and procedures more efficient.
  • Understand when deadlines are due and collaborate with President to adhere to specific time frames


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 plus years assisting and with Sr. level leadership
  • Excellent organizational skills and diligence for keeping schedules and meetings running on time
  • Superb time management skills and the ability to support quick turnaround requests
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing, entering, and tracking information
  • Must be able to manage stressful situations and accommodate last-minute changes
  • Experience interfacing with clients/customers as needed
  • Ability to work in a discreet manner and to maintain confidentiality and privacy
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
