Propel are currently representing an extremely exciting Software Business who are opening a new office in Chicago and so are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join their team!
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration: Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Vendor & Facilities Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Event Coordination: Organize team meetings, office events, and company-wide celebrations.
- HR & Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding, maintaining employee records, and office policies.
- Finance & Budgeting: Manage office budgets, expenses, and invoicing in collaboration with finance.
- Tech & IT Support Coordination: Act as a point of contact for IT support and office tech needs.
- Culture & Employee Engagement: Foster a positive workplace culture by enhancing employee experience initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ years as an Employee Experience Manager, Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role in a small software/SaaS business.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Asana, or similar).
- Proactive Attitude: Able to anticipate needs and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- People-First Mentality: Passion for supporting a dynamic and growing team
