RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct market research to proactively identify and target potential clients.
Generate leads through strategic networking, referrals, inbound inquiries, and outbound prospecting.
Build and maintain a robust 3X sales pipeline of high-quality leads in HubSpot CRM.
Track the sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
Create compelling sales presentations that communicate the ROI and business impact of agency services, including SEO, SEM, paid advertising, website redesigns, and ongoing maintenance.
Customize proposals, RFPs, and project scopes based on client needs, leading negotiations to secure favorable agreements.
Implement targeted outreach strategies using a mix of cold calling, social media engagement (LinkedIn), email campaigns, and networking.
Establish relationships with decision-makers in key industries and leverage warm introductions to drive conversions.
Represent the agency at conferences, industry events, and webinars to build visibility and establish credibility.
Stay informed on digital marketing trends, competitive insights, and client pain points to refine sales strategies.
Work closely with creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Clearly communicate client expectations, timelines, and deliverables to internal stakeholders.
Continuously refine sales tactics, outreach strategies, and engagement methods to increase conversion rates.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead conversion rates, pipeline health, deal size, and sales velocity.
Provide data-driven feedback to leadership to optimize sales processes and revenue growth strategies
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years of experience in consultative B2B sales, preferably within a digital agency, marketing, or technology services environment.
Proven ability to sell agency services such as branding, website design, digital marketing, and retainers.
Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, pipeline health, and revenue growth.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of closing deals and securing long-term client relationships.
Ability to execute cold calling, email outreach, and social selling campaigns to generate and convert leads.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, persuasive, and professional sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
Comfortable presenting to executives and decision-makers, articulating the value of complex digital marketing solutions.
Quick learner with the ability to gain in-depth knowledge of agency services and stay up-to-date with evolving digital marketing trends.
Experience leveraging LinkedIn and other platforms for networking, social selling, and industry engagement.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams in a fast-paced, agency environment.
Highly organized and self-motivated, with strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Experience using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) to manage pipeline and track sales activities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, and other tools for presentations, proposals, and client communications.
