A leading private equity firm managing over $38 billion in assets, focused on growth and innovation. The firm is expanding its team to enhance technology capabilities and strengthen IT and security operations.

THE ROLE

As a DevSecOps Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing the firm's cloud infrastructure, enhancing security frameworks, and implementing Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions. This position requires hands-on experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud security best practices. You will work cross-functionally with IT, security, and development teams to drive automation, streamline operations, and ensure a secure cloud environment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Improve Terraform configurations for better scalability and security.
• Assess and integrate new cloud security features.
• Automate cloud processes and API connections for efficiency.
• Coordinate with security and infrastructure teams to align strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to modernize systems and improve collaboration.
• Implement security tools and best practices within the SDLC.
• Develop infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform, Kubernetes, and Python.
• Support and refine CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and related tools.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years in cloud security, DevSecOps, or infrastructure engineering.
• Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud operations.
• Skilled in navigating ambiguity and adopting new technologies.
• Cloud security experience in regulated industries.
• Hands-on with API management, automation, and security controls.
• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with CI/CD, version control, and compliance frameworks.
