We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who oversees a team of customer service representatives, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction by managing operations, training, and addressing customer issues and complaints.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Hire, train, coach, and evaluate customer service staff, setting performance goals and providing feedback.
Customer Issue Resolution:
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in customer service processes and procedures, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring:
Track and analyze customer service metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, relaying feedback and ensuring alignment.
Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service strategies and goals.
Budget Management:
Manage the customer service department's budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Data Analysis:
Compile and analyze data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Customer Satisfaction:
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and implement strategies to improve customer experience.
