JOB SKILLS: KNOWLEDGEABLE IN THE FOLLOWING MANUFACTURING DISCIPLINES:

  • Proficient in Computer IT knowledge and skills
  • PLC Programming (using AB RS-LOGIX, Siemens (a plus+)
  • HMI Development using AB Factory Talk View, Siemens (a plus+)
  • Robotic Programming Skills a definite (plus+)
  • Electrical Panel Design & Build
  • Knowledgeable in Computer CAD Systems i.e. AutoCAD/SolidWorks
  • Design Skills - Electro-Mechanical Systems
  • Design Skills - Pneumatic & Hydraulic Systems
  • Programming with AB RS-Logix, Siemens
  • Capable of commissioning New Equipment Systems (or) Trouble-shooting
  • Knowledgeable on New Products & Technologies coming on the market.

Job Description

Candidate must possess fundamental knowledge in the areas listed above for JOB SKILLS. Daily responsibilities will include working with Engineering and machine building personnel to develop electrical designs and specify electrical-mechanical components and electrical controls. Additionally, candidate will be responsible for developing schematics, and program logic for automated machine movements, including trouble-shooting components and/or programming logic for optimizing machine performance. Some overnight travel may be required to perform onsite installations of the equipment at the customer’s plant.
