PAY: 90-100/hour W2. Our company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance.

Description:

  • Seeking a developer to join a Web Platform team and help define and develop Web AI Agents that can perform complex, multi-step autonomous tasks.
  • The Web Platform Team is a group of Software Engineers researching and evolving the Web Platform and Web Standards and Client ways to use web content.

Responsibilities:

  • Create quick prototypes and proof-of-concepts
  • Contribute to the research activities of our team
  • Generate creative solutions (patents) and design, develop, and evaluate AI/ML based solutions.

Requirements

  • Master's/PhD degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated market understanding of Web AI/Agentic AI with Gemini 2.0, Anthropic Computer Use, OpenAI Operator, or similar tool.
  • Practical experience with web scraping and AI-Agent projects, preferably with a focus on natural language processing, accessibility and interaction on the web.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and DOM is necessary for navigating and extracting data from web pages.
  • Familiarity with web scraping frameworks like Puppeteer or similar framework
  • On device AI model optimization and quantization

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in Reinforcement Learning is a plus
  • Experience with integrating large language models (LLM), finetuning on LLM/VLLM, self-hosting LLMs and on-device (edge) LLM is a plus
  • ML model deployment and inferencing in Android OS
  • First- or co-authored publications on AI-Agent at leading workshops or conferences
  • Preferred 2-5 years of industry experience
