Your Impactful Role
The Administrative Services Manager plays a vital role in supporting the internal experience of employees at Peachtree Orthopedics. This position is instrumental in executing companywide initiatives that promote employee connection, service recognition, and workplace culture. By supporting the Engagement and Training & Development Managers, the Administrative Services Manager ensures the seamless implementation of onsite campaigns, facilitates internal communications, and leads employee-focused events.
In addition, this role provides collaborative support to the Communications Manager, Mail Processing Manager, and Core Organization Development (OD) Manager to enhance departmental efficiency and alignment. The Administrative Services Manager also offers high-level administrative resources to department leaders and the Executive team, while maintaining a welcoming and organized environment across all PO locations.
Program Implementation & Internal Coordination
Serve as a strategic support partner to the Engagement and Training & Development Managers for onsite engagement and learning initiatives
Collaborate with and provide functional support to the Communications Manager, Mail Processing Manager, and Core OD Manager to ensure alignment of internal programs and administrative operations
Coordinate logistics for internal campaigns, events, and initiatives, ensuring timelines, communication, and execution are aligned with company goals
Provide onsite presence during key events and initiatives to ensure smooth operations and responsive support
Collaborate with the VP of Organization Development, Executive Team, and department heads to organize and facilitate quarterly Town Hall meetings and Village Hall departmental meetings
Ensure ongoing visibility of company events and initiatives through clear, timely internal communication across physical and digital platforms
Orientation & Companywide Events
Organize and host the monthly BONES New Hire Orientation sessions, serving as the onsite lead to ensure each session is consistent, welcoming, and informative
Partner with the Engagement Manager to ensure timely, onsite delivery and setup of quarterly anniversary and years of service award presentations
Plan and manage all logistics and catering for companywide appreciation luncheons, breakfasts, and spirit week events 3–4 times annually
Lead the coordination of holiday celebrations and cultural campaigns that promote team spirit, inclusivity, and organizational pride
Event & Partnership Management
Partner with the Marketing Department and Event Planners to support and coordinate major annual events, including company parties, shareholder meetings, and employee appreciation events
Liaise with vendors, venues, caterers, and other external service providers to manage event logistics and execution
Support the planning and execution of ad hoc events initiated by the Executive team or department heads, ensuring proper alignment with the company’s mission and employee experience goals
Maintain event schedules, promotion materials, and internal marketing content to increase awareness and participation in organizational activities
Assist in the coordination of quarterly Town Hall and departmental Village Hall meetings, including planning support, logistics, scheduling, and onsite execution
Administrative Support & Resource Stewardship
Provide high-level administrative support and resources to department heads, managers, and the Executive team to assist in event planning, internal operations, and communication efforts
Offer consistent operational and logistical support to the Communications Manager, Mail Processing Manager, and Core OD Manager
Oversee and facilitate timely posting, removal, and maintenance of all Peachtree Orthopedics communications in shared employee and physician spaces
Maintain physical and digital resources related to administrative programs, ensuring staff have easy access to updated information
Serve as a go-to internal resource for execution support and collaboration related to companywide initiatives and employee programs
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Management, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in administrative operations, project coordination, employee programs, or internal communications
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with precision and professionalism
Experience planning and executing corporate events, internal campaigns, or employee-focused initiatives
Skilled in working with leadership at all levels, including executives, physicians, and department managers
Preferred Skills
Highly approachable, congenial, and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to internal service excellence
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, supporting a wide range of personalities, roles, and responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting, hosting, and facilitating in-person events
Familiarity with tools for event coordination, internal communication, and project management
