A fast-growing internet service provider has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time Accounts Receivable Analyst.

Accounts Receivable Analyst duties include, but not limited to:

  • Maintaining the billing process across multiple ERP systems
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries
  • Assist with new revenue contract processing
  • Manage and maintain finance department email account
  • Work under the supervision of the Director of Finance

Accounts Receivable Analyst Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 1 to 2 years of accounting and/or finance experience
  • Proficient in Excel and QuickBooks
  • An ability to prioritize and manage expectations
  • Able to present financial information in a clear and intuitive way
  • An ability to work independently
  • The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with other people within the company
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Have a mathematical background
