What are effective ways to prevent musculoskeletal disorders in your employee wellness program?
Musculoskeletal issues tend to rank in the top three health claims that employers see from employees and their dependents. We have found Omada Health's platform to be an effective resource for employers not only looking to provide easy and effective access to physical therapy, but to also provide a multi condition platform to treat co-morbidities that tend accompany MSK issues such as diabetes and hypertension.

How can you effectively monitor the progress of leadership development programs?
A couple things I have found helpful: - Track the Program Net Promotor Score (pNPS) for each development program you put in place to ultimately measure if the program is one participants would recommend to other leaders. - Track Manager Net Promotor Score (mNPS) on a periodic basis to understand if managers are leaders whose direct reports would recommend them to others to report into. This is an organizational health metric (outcome). If low, dig in deeper to understand the gaps of managers and design development to close those gaps.
