It’s an absolute honor to be named a 2025 Chief Product Officer Awards winner by Products That Count, Mighty Capital and Capgemini, and to share this award with so many esteemed and accomplished leaders, many of whom I know personally—all of whom I admire. This award is a reflection of Omada Health's product team, and the immense talent and grit they’ve shown in scaling a novel healthcare delivery system into a product that thousands of organizations trust to keep their workforces healthy. And more importantly, one that more than a million all-time members have relied on to manage their prediabetes, diabetes, hypertension and chronic pain. Omada remains steadfast in its mission to bend the curve of chronic disease, and I couldn’t be prouder of the work we’ve done behind the scenes to support that mission. It has been a pleasure to build for our members along with Sunil Kayiti Jessi Pervola Ellery Cook Spencer Cross Olivia Brown Ted Schroeder Kurt Seefeld This recognition comes at a special moment in my career as I transition out of Omada Health. After five and a half years leading, re-building, stabilizing and innovating with Omada’s product development organization, I’m excited to share that I’m starting my next chapter. More details on that in another post. Though our accomplishments as a product team can’t accurately be encapsulated into a LinkedIn post, I’d like to share a few highlights: * Harnessing AI and rebuilding Omada’s technology and UX to deliver more tailored programs designed to help our members achieve their goals  * Co-developing features that use AI for our care teams designed to achieve high adoption, increase member engagement, and lower costs.  * Always striving to build customer empathy into everything we do through rapid assumption testing, in home research and our amazing care team partnership.  * The people! High team engagement and named a Great Place to Work two years in a row. Working with and learning from the incredible people at Omada Health is an experience I’ll never forget.
