The final bill signing of the year was for a piece of legislation that was introduced as City and Town Regulatory Reduction. Thanks to Senator Nethercott for sponsoring it and Governor Gordon for signing it. They are both strong advocates for making Wyoming a better place to do business. This is a clean up bill that gets an unnecessary requirement for surveying during an annexation off the books. It is a small victory but great people who have been working on regulatory reduction for housing pushed it across the finish line. We will keep on working to lower the cost of housing and bring more talented workers to the businesses of Wyoming. Special tip of the hat to Charles Bloom the City Planner for Cheyenne. He is innovative and looking to help make our economy stronger in the Equality State. #business #wyoming
