Well, this made my day. I caught up with Brett Williams from Orange County at Academy in San Diego. Brett and his team do an incredible job representing WRS Group - no surprise, given he’s also a top rep for Smith+Nephew. I was so pleased to hear that Smith+Nephew brought back an initiative I started during my time as a territory manager: Players Only Meeting. The idea: a space for sales reps to share their best practices, collaborate, and push each other, just like a sports team meeting without the coaches. On the best teams, the players lead.
