In 2024, she served as a Cannes Critics’ Week jury member, co-produced The Face of Resilience—a searing documentary on Rwandan women post-genocide—and continues to push boundaries as Executive Producer of Phiona, a feature about freedom, patriarchy, and the female body. 🌿 #Anthropy25 Day One Highlights 🌿 A brilliant start to Anthropy UK, and a proud day for the Wilful team. A few standout moments: 📰 The team kicked off the festival, securing CITY AM coverage for Anthropy (https://bit.ly/43V9LHh). 🎤 Creativity and Causes moderated by our fantastic Managing Director Nikki Francis-Jones, brought together advertising legend Robin Wight CVO CBE, Michelle Dickinson from Arts Council England, Matt Hocking from Leap | B Corp Design & Impact Agency and Rupa Dash from the WORLD WOMAN FOUNDATION. The session explored how purpose and profit can co-exist, the importance of listening before designing, and why young voices belong in leadership. Robin closed with a lovely shoutout: "If we have been any good today, this is the reason – Nikki has been absolutely fantastic.” 🌍 A thoughtful and engaging conversation between our Co-Founder, Narda Shirley and Sir Loyd Grossman in the stunning Mediterranean Biome – where the call for regional empowerment took centre stage. 💬 Nikki also joined Martha Lane Fox for a powerful session where she called for bold, practical leadership on AI, digital inclusion, and diversity, urging businesses to help shape policy and drive progress. 🎥 And behind the scenes, the team wrapped up filming for some exciting Tier 1 media opportunities – stay tuned.
