Work& is the new parent company for Work & Mother and Work & Wellbeing. Work & Mother - comfort, care and compliance for working moms. From highly specialized pods to the built environment, professionally managed lactation suites create a more inclusive and supportive workplace for working mothers. Designed to not only meet but exceed legal compliance standards, these fully equipped spaces provide modern comfort, convenience, and privacy, enabling mothers to pump with ease while at work. Work & Mother provides an outsourced, full service mother's room service for commercial office buildings. The Work & Mother Suites are fully equipped, enabling women to continue pumping breast milk after they've returned to work following childbirth, and making it easy for employers to satisfy FLSA obligations. Work & Mother is more than just a room. It's a safe environment & supportive community that makes the motherhood-career balancing act more manageable. The facilities are fully equipped—pumps, supplies, etc.—which means no lugging extra equipment to & from the office each day. Employees can discreetly step out of the office, visit the W&M Suite, & be back at their desks in a timely manner--all without any office disruption, risk of vulnerability or HR violations. Work & Wellbeing - physical, mental and emotional support for employees. A holistic approach to supporting the modern employee, these private, comfortable, and tech-enabled suites come equipped with everything one needs to stay balanced in mind, body, and spirit.
