Wondergolf è fallito con il sorriso! 😊⛳ 🚀 Wondergolf nasceva con una visione: valorizzare e riempire le ville vacanza nel fuori stagione. Siamo partiti da una nicchia, abbiamo scoperto tanto… e che la nostra nicchia era sbagliata! Ci sono altre vie per innovare il turismo, ma per ora va bene così: preferisco tornare a godermi il golf nel weekend! ⛳😉 Abbiamo deciso di scrivere questo post per metterci una pietra sopra e andare avanti, senza la tentazione di tornarci su. Abbiamo investito tempo, risorse e tantissimi pensieri in questo progetto. Ovviamente dispiace che non abbia funzionato, ma se c'è una certezza, è che ci abbiamo provato bene. E soprattutto, abbiamo imparato tantissimo. Da questa esperienza di startup ci portiamo a casa lezioni preziose su: ✅ La gestione di un team con soci internazionali ✅ Le complessità del mercato USA, Canada e Corea del Sud ✅ Le dinamiche di vendita dei viaggi esperienziali ✅ L’interazione con DMC, MISE, tour operator e tutta la filiera del turismo ✅ Le fiere di settore italiane ed europee ✅ Le specificità del mondo del golf in Italia e all’estero ✅ La regolamentazione sui viaggi e il funzionamento delle ville vacanze ✅ La gestione operativa e il customer care ✅ Le sfide dei finanziamenti e degli investimenti “family & friends” ... e molto altro. Scegliere il VINO GIUSTO IN 2 MINUTI? Ecco come (senza stress)! 🍷⏳ Ti è mai capitato di trovarti davanti a una carta dei vini infinita e non sapere quale scegliere? Oppure di organizzare una cena e avere il dubbio se il vino che hai in casa sia davvero quello giusto per il tuo piatto? La verità è che abbinare il vino al cibo non deve essere complicato. Non serve essere sommelier per fare la scelta giusta: basta un metodo semplice e qualche trucco pratico. Nel mio corso "Missione Chef a Domicilio", ho sviluppato una tabella pratica per scegliere il vino in meno di 2 minuti, senza stress e senza perdersi nei tecnicismi. Oggi voglio condividere con te alcune regole fondamentali per rendere ogni abbinamento perfetto! 🍽 IL SEGRETO? QUALITÀ + EQUILIBRIO Un abbinamento funziona solo se entrambi gli elementi sono di valore. Un vino eccellente può esaltare il piatto, mentre un vino mediocre può rovinarlo. ✔ Scegli un buon produttore: il segreto non è tanto quale vino, ma di chi è quel vino. Un bianco minerale di qualità con un antipasto di crudo può creare un’armonia perfetta. ✔ Il prezzo conta: un buon vino difficilmente costa meno di 12€. Nella fascia 12-25€ si trovano ottime bottiglie. Se sei indeciso, usa strumenti come Vivino per verificare recensioni e qualità. 🎯 LE REGOLE BASE PER NON SBAGLIARE 1️⃣ EQUILIBRIO TRA CORPO E INTENSITÀ 🔹 Piatti delicati (antipasti, insalate, pesce crudo) → vini leggeri e freschi (Prosecco, Pinot Grigio, Vermentino). 🔹 Piatti ricchi e strutturati (carni rosse, piatti in salsa) → vini con più corpo e tannini (Barolo, Brunello, Syrah). 2️⃣ COMPLEMENTARITÀ DEI SAPORI 🔹 L’acidità di un vino (Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling) bilancia i piatti grassi (burrata, frittura). 🔹 Un vino dolce (Moscato d’Asti, Sauternes) attenua la piccantezza dei piatti speziati. 3️⃣ L’ORDINE PERFETTO NELLA DEGUSTAZIONE 🔹 Inizia sempre con i vini più leggeri, poi passa ai più corposi. Questo evita che i sapori forti sovrastino quelli più delicati. 🔹 Esempio perfetto: ➡ Champagne Brut → Chardonnay → Chianti Classico → Amarone della Valpolicella. 🔄 SEMPLICITÀ & SPERIMENTAZIONE: L’ABBINAMENTO CHE SORPRENDE! Hai mai provato un Orange Wine con piatti speziati? O un Rosé strutturato con piatti mediterranei? Magari un Passito di Pantelleria con formaggi erborinati? My name is King Fender, and I was born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas. I studied finance, business management, and French at the university of Alabama, where I also co-founded the university's Club Golf team. After graduating, I worked as a Financial Representative for several years before transitioning to teaching English in Spain and then Italy.   My professional career in the golf industry began six years ago, during which I have held various positions that have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the business, both on and off the course.   My diverse experience culminated in the creation of Wondergolf, a venture dedicated to giving our clients a taste of the villa life.

I am Alberto De Maio, an Italian entrepreneur from Piedmont, a region renowned for its fine wines, and the CEO of Wondergolf. I began my career as an industrial designer, completing my university studies in this field, followed by a master’s degree in management and e-commerce. After founding Chefbooking, a platform specialized in organizing events with private chefs, I led the company for 11 years, expanding my role as a private chef and restaurant consultant internationally until 2023.   In 2018, I launched ChefHoliday, a service offering unique culinary experiences with private chefs in over 150 villas throughout Italy, supported by a team of 80 certified chefs.   My varied background led to the establishment of Wondergolf, a venture focused on providing our clients with an exquisite villa lifestyle experience.
